Antoni Suchanek

Fifth-year law student at the University of Wrocław. He specialises in legal support for debt collection in civil and commercial cases, with three years of experience handling cases in Poland and abroad.

He handles proceedings in the Electronic Writ-of-Payment Procedure (EPU), works with court bailiffs at the court and enforcement stages, and manages bulk receivables as well as individual clients’ cases.

He has experience coordinating each stage of debt recovery, in both domestic and international cases.
